1、 豆腐切块,白菜头撕成块,香菜切末,葱姜蒜切片; 石锅烧热加入花生油,放入黄豆酱和葱姜蒜片炒香;

2、 加入适量水,放入豆腐和脂渣炖煮十五分钟;

3、 将白菜块加入其中,加入盐和胡椒粉盖上盖小火炖五分钟;

4、 待白菜软烂后加入鸡粉调味,撒香菜末出锅即可。
