名词分为可数名词和不可数名词。
可数名词能用具体的数量来计量。例如：apple，tree，desk，dog
不可数名词是不能用具体的数量来计量的，例如：rice，water，wood
不可数名词不能用数量来计量，但是可以跟量词一起用，而且数量词可以用复数，例如：
a bowl of rice 一碗米饭 two bowls of rice两碗米饭
可数名词有单数和复数两种形式，名词变复数的规则：
1.一般在单词末尾直接加s，例如：apples。
2.以-o,-s,-x,-ch,-sh结尾的直接加-es,例如：watches。
3.以辅音字母+-y结尾的，把-y变成-i，加-es,例如：stories。
4.以-f，-fe结尾的把-f，-fe变成-ves,例如：knives。
5.以-o结尾的分成两种，有生命的加-es，例如：tomatoes，无生命的加-s例如：photos。
不规则变化的单词：
单复数同形：people-people， sheep-sheep,Chinese-Chinese,deer-deer,
单复数不同形：tooth-teeth, mouse-mice,child-children, man-men,woman-women,foot-feet,goose-geese,
只有复数形式：
trousers, clothes, glasses, shorts,scissors,
特殊疑问句：
对可数名词提问用how many，例如：How many apples are there in the box?
对不可数名词提问用how much,例如，How much milk is there in the bottle.
