1、尽管你收到负面评价的时候很委屈,但是你在写邮件的时候一定不能带着负面情绪。要保持同情心,冷静和正确的心态,试着从客户的角度出发理解问题,帮助他们解决问题。下面我给出一封可以让客户满意的邮件模板:Dear [CUSTOMER],Thank you for purchasing with us.I would like to personally apologize for your experience with our [PRODUCT]. 三、利用好邮件模板在根源上避免负面评价

1、虽然有时候能找到差评订单联系上客户,但是客户却不愿意给你修改评论,甚至向亚马逊举报你,这样对你的亚马逊店铺运营是非常不利的。所以我们需要在根源上就避免负面评价的产生。这件事情通过邮件模板就可以轻松完成,我建议在三个阶段和用户取得联系并附带了相应的邮件模板:电子邮件#1:交付确认发货后立即发送,以确保产品安全到达。如图所示Subject: Your Product Has Been Shipped!Hi [NAME],Thank you for ordering our [PRODUCT NAME].
