如何给对话框添加菜单栏

1、新建菜单资源

2、添加到对话框里

3、手动在对话框CPP文件的MESSAGE_MAP里添加ON_WM_INITMENUPOPUP()消息

4、手动添加消息响应函数 OnInitMenuPopup(CMenu *pPopupMenu, UINT nIndex, BOOL bSysMenu)
